Payment Information:
All transactions are in New Zealand Dollars.
Credit card fees: please note that processing charges of 1.5% are applied to all credit cards.
Cancellation/ Prepayment:
Free Cancellation: Modify or cancel your booking at no charge until 48 hours before your scheduled check-in.
Late Cancellation Fee: Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will result in a charge equal to the entire cost of your reserved stay.
Online Bookings Cancellation Policy:
Refunds: Refunds for online bookings will be processed exclusively to the credit card used for the original payment.
Charges at Booking: All online reservations will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
Additional Charges: Any additional services, such as adding an extra guest not included in the original booking or changing the room type, must be paid for by the guests at check-in.
Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: In the event of a cancellation less than 48 hours before check-in or in case of a no-show, a fee equivalent to the full cost of your stay will be charged.
Children/ Extra Beds Policy:
We welcome children and children under 5 years to stay free when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free in a cot and we also have highchairs available.
Older children/ adults are $25 per person, per night when using existing bedding.
Rollaways are not provided.
Cots, highchairs & babysitting services are available, just ask our friendly reception staff when booking your stay.

Check-in: 3:00pm – 8:00pm
Check out: 10:00am
General Information:
Check-in is available from 3pm
Check out is 10am on the day of departure
Reception hours are 7:30am till 8pm
After hours – call out due to forgetting your key will result in a $90.00 charge.
Pets: pets are not allowed, unless certified as a “disability assist dog”
Smoking: all units are smoke-free. Please restrict Smoking to Outside Areas only
